This annual community event is a great opportunity to gain exposure for your organization. Community Groups can reserve FREE exhibit space in a large Community Tent. Share your successes, promote your fundraiser or attract new members. Most importantly, connect to your local community.

The Branchburg Country Fair is a wonderful forum for your business to not only bring your awareness of your products and services to the local public, but to give back to the community. Business sponsorship includes exhibit space, but is not required. Sponsorship of an activity, or specific portions of the fair is an option. There are various levels of Sponsorship available.

Calling food vendors who want to bring their tasty "fair food" to White Oak Park and a captive audience! Fairgoers look forward to enjoying the large variety of culinary delights & sweet treats a fair can offer! We need you to satisfy their appetite at the Fair. So, c'mon! Bring your food to the table.

WHAT ABOUT SPACE?
Space is available in the community tent on a first come first serve basis. We will accommodate vendors requests wishing to be inside the community tent until full, as long as we receive a complete signed contract with payment. If you wish to erect your own pop-up tent outside of the community tent, you have the option to do so by reserving an open air space. Open Air is recommended to crafters/vendors wanting to stay beyond the 5:00pm required time, or until the end of the fair.
